Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges (such as ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or changing your mind). Please double-check your size and color before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong product, size, or design, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll send you the correct item at no extra charge.

How to Start a Return/Replacement
Email us at support@truestrengthapparel.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the product

Our team will review and respond quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
